If the location is far from my base or in a remote location, I will charge for any travel expenses incurred. I will always show proof of purchase to ensure full transparency. This includes buses, trains, taxi fares, flights, boats, and accommodations.

I will charge a fee of €25 per hour for every hour of travel incurred. This is because I am losing client time to travel to your event. This is one third of my hourly rate of €75/hour.

If you project requires specific equipment outside of my standard kit there will be additional rental costs incurred. I will calculate the costs and invoice you accordingly. All rental fees must be paid to me before rental is confirmed. You may choose to rent the equipment your self.

My turn-around time during busy periods for most projects is 2 weeks for photography. If you want me to turn your work around faster, I will charge the following: 1 day = 100% extra; 2 days = 50% extra; 3 days = 25%. Please note that should the rush request be unrealistic, I have the right to refuse and give my estimated time period/rates. These fees may vary depending on the size of the project.

Video editing fees are not included in my videography fee. Please see my editing rates.
